Writing this book was my way of getting out of depression back in 2006 when I was going through a traumatic divorce. It worked perfectly well for me and later on also for some of my friends who read the manuscript and insisted that I should publish it so that it could help other women to live through hard times.
The first edition came out in 2006 under the title “Commandments of a happy woman”.
