Я дочитал книгу Король в желтом и у меня есть некое мнение. Еще я сейчас прочитал пару комментариев других людей, они говорят что - вторая половина книги более "житейская", не такая интересная. И я отчасти понимаю это, ведь во второй половине книги и слова нет о том самом Короле в желтом. И скажу честно, книга крайне двойственная, чтобы понять истинный смысл нужно прям подумать. В начале книги "Король в жёлтом" предстает таким, какой он есть, сперва как книга, а потом некоторые герои видят его в том самом мире. А после, он словно исчезает. Нигде нет и слова о чём то близком с тем самым Королём. Но как мне кажется, Автор хотел донести, что этот самый король есть в жизни каждого из нас. Что хоть и есть некое абстрактное тело короля, но он скорее как любой негатив в жизни людей. Или скорее как... не знаю, просто "плохое". С знанием приходит и тяжесть. Где то "Король" как запретная алхимия, где-то как распутство, где-то как прошлое, где-то как самая настоящая война. В жизни каждого человека так или иначе есть нечто тёмное, сложное и плохое, но самое главное - неизведанное. ведь никогда не известно - с тобой это случилось потому что кто-то захотел или это просто воля случая.
"Король в жёлтом", это некая призма, через которую можно понять, что мир необычен и тёмен, но даже так, есть нечто хорошее в этом. История с алхимией - все стали возвращаться из каменного состояния. История про войну - не смотря на измену, Терренс (или как его там) все равно рискует жизнью ради любви. И так почти в каждой истории. Некоторые действительно таят в себе почти одну лишь тьму, но это часть жизни и кому то просто не повезло. Однако чтобы это понять, нужно думать и учится, так мы получаем знание, а от этого и то самое безумие от осознания мира.

I've finished reading the book "The King in Yellow," and I have a certain opinion. I've also read a few comments from other people, and they say that the second half of the book is more "everyday" and not as interesting. I can understand this, as the second half of the book doesn't mention the King in Yellow. To be honest, the book is quite ambiguous, and it takes some thought to understand its true meaning. In the beginning of the book, "The King in Yellow" is presented as it is, first as a book, and then some characters see it in the world. And then, it seems to disappear. There's no mention of anything close to the King. But I think the author wanted to convey that the King is a part of everyone's life. Although there is an abstract representation of the King, he is more like any negative aspect in people's lives. Or rather, like... I don't know, just like something "bad." With knowledge comes weight. In some ways, the King is like forbidden alchemy, in others, it's like debauchery, in others, it's like the past, and in others, it's like a real war. In every person's life, there is something dark, complex, and bad, but most importantly, there is something unknown. You never know if something happens to you because someone wanted it to happen, or if it's just a coincidence.
"The King in Yellow" is a kind of prism through which you can see that the world is unusual and dark, but even so, there is something good in it. The story of alchemy - everyone began to return from their stone state. The story of war - despite the betrayal, Terrence (or whatever his name is) still risks his life for love. And this is true in almost every story. Some stories are indeed filled with darkness, but this is a part of life, and some people are simply unlucky. However, in order to understand this, we need to think and learn, which is how we gain knowledge and experience the madness of understanding the world.
